Vannoy & Associates has a complete team of qualified inspectors who are highly skilled and trained in the assessment of window washing/suspended maintenance anchors and systems. Inspection services are performed in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) regulations and the ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 Window Cleaning Safety Standard. Our list of clients includes property management companies, window washing/suspended maintenance contractors, and window washing anchor companies. Vannoy & Associates can provide the appropriate services as needed by the client.

One of the most important provisions of the ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 Standard is that of shared responsibility between the window cleaning/ suspended maintenance contractor and the building owner. The building owner must provide the window cleaning/suspended maintenance contractor with the assurance that the installation of the structure has been inspected, tested and maintained according to the Standard and that all equipment dedicated to the building meets the requirements of the Standard.

Uncertain what your window washing/suspended maintenance contractor is using as anchorage on your rooftop? Vannoy & Associates can identify proper anchorage points on an existing building, whether they are existing roof anchors or other structural elements such as framing for mechanical equipment.
